The key to growing is knowing what you want and knowing yourself. Many people suffer with trauma not even knowing that they have trauma.Having fear, anxiety and insecurities can hold you back from many opportunities to grow into your full potential.
What does one do to grow in all aspects of life?
It all starts with you! learn to love yourself first before anything and I cannot stress it enough of how important it is to love yourself.
Once you learn to accept all your flaws you can make room for improvement and that is already a first step to growing mentally and spiritually. Talking about things that bother you help release all your built up emotions and energy. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone, start journaling your thoughts or just day to day things that you don't want to express verbally.
Letting go of past hurt is crucial in order to grow let go. Doing inner work makes thing's a lot easier so when problems arise you will know how to deal with them and how to overcome them. knowing your worth is important as it helps you in situations. Connecting with God is important and having strong faith.Loving yourself is sometimes not easy as we are our own enemy.Learning to block your own negative thoughts is important.
We sometimes think it and not really know that we allow that negative thought to overpower us.
Try turning that negative thought into a positive thought and doing this you are in the process of changing and growing."What goes around comes back around". I strongly believe in this saying.Everything you do has a cause and effect.Watch what you say and do.Think further than the now think of the effect of that action.
Learn how to protect your energy and your growth by removing yourself from negative energies or negative environments all that energy rubs off on you and you will eventually become negative. Which leads you to be in a negative mindset.Giving bad vibes will only keep you from growing but being positive will bring you positive energy.
Even at times when you feel like someone is provoking you remain calm. Not everything needs a reaction.
Loving yourself and knowing your worth not only makes you attractive but allows you to be abundant and open to receive.
